Lead Installation Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Installation Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the installation analysis team and ensuring the successful delivery of complex installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement installation analysis scopes, including flexible and umbilical installation.
  • Coordinate and lead a team of analysis engineers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Support the development of internal tools, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration within the discipline.
  • Support trainees and less experienced engineers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or Hydrodynamic engineering.
  • Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  • Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry or equivalent, with a preference for EPCI contractors or consultants.
  • High working knowledge of design techniques and installation analysis in OrcaFlex.
  • Experience in developing small engineering teams.
