Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee cost planning and tender document preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Manage contract administration and site assessments, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects within the construction or engineering industry.
  • In-depth understanding of JCT Contracts and other relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
