About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Sound Department as an Apprentice Sound Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in sound technology within a world-renowned theatre company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the programming and operation of sound equipment for live performances and events
  • Contribute to the maintenance and repair of sound equipment, ensuring it is in good working order
  • Develop and maintain plots and backups of shows, ensuring seamless transitions between scenes
  • Work collaboratively with the Sound Department to deliver high-quality sound experiences

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge or interest in sound technology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to incorporated qualifications, such as Maths and English functional skills
