Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to enhance our growing nursing team in the Sittingbourne region. We are eager to welcome an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Nurse Management Team to ensure high-quality care for a pediatric client, facilitating their attendance at nursery.
- Commit to a consistent working schedule and partner with Care Coordinators for effective care provision.
- Deliver one-on-one support to a child with Complex Care Needs.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and their families, working within the home environment to achieve personalized goals.
- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement into supervisory or managerial roles.
- Engage in the daily activities of our client as they transition to school.
Shift Details:
- Day shifts from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Clinical Requirements:
- Experience with Necrotising Enterocolitis.
- Proficient in Seizure Management.
- Knowledge of Global Developmental Delay.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing care to complex clients, ideally in a community setting.
- Valid Registered Nurse pin with a minimum of one year post-registration experience.
- Willingness to commit to two regular shifts per week or a 35-hour contract.
- Possess compassion, confidence, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into the family home environment.
- UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
