Service Advisor Role

The Service Advisor is a critical role in our Dealerships, responsible for building trust with customers and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction levels. We are seeking an exceptional individual with excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organisational abilities to efficiently book and service customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels by building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Product Sales: Actively promote ancillary products to meet daily targets set by your Manager.
  3. Upselling: Promote and explain the value of additional work to customers to maximise profit while maintaining trust.
  4. Data Quality: Accurately collect, manage, and input customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Motor Industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Outstanding customer focus and IT literacy.
  • Influencing and selling skills.
