Accounts Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Recruit Select.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounts and administration, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Inputting invoices and purchase orders into our system
  • Handling client telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments and managing financial transactions
  • Creating and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets
  • Posting expenses onto our financial system
