Financial Operations Specialist / Accounts Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist / Accounts Management Professional to join our team at Recruit Select Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and handle daily banking activities, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices.
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers, including account queries, credit limits, and account reconciliation.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate weekly supplier payment runs and Bacs payments, as well as perform bank reconciliation.
  • Excel Spreadsheets: Work with Excel spreadsheets to manage financial data and perform analysis.
  • Company Credit Cards: Manage company credit cards, including monthly statements and transaction posting.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and respond to client and supplier inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
