Job Summary

The Standard Hotel is seeking a skilled Reservations Sales Agent to join our growing Reservations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest needs and room requirements are recorded, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying future selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage guest room requirements and preferences
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and room availability
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of guest interactions and sales performance

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
