Join Our Team as a Turnaround Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turnaround Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement and excellence across our client's group of care homes.

About the Role

The Turnaround Manager will be responsible for:

  • Improving operational standards across all care homes in the group
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care
  • Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
  • Filling in as acting manager if a home is without

Requirements

The ideal Turnaround Manager will have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
