We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turnaround Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement and excellence across our client's group of care homes.
About the RoleThe Turnaround Manager will be responsible for:
- Improving operational standards across all care homes in the group
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care
- Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
- Filling in as acting manager if a home is without
As a Turnaround Manager, you will receive:
- An annual salary starting from £55,000, depending on experience
