A leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a commercial delivery expert capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial strategies for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Draft and input on contract and subcontract negotiations, subcontract management, and agreement of final accounts.
- Prepare and present monthly project CVRs, ensuring awareness of and compliance with revenue recognition rules.
- Build, manage, and maintain client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to growing a high-performing team, including mentoring and overseeing the progression of junior team members.
- Prepare applications for payments to maintain cash position, including cash flow production and improvement plans.

- Must have NEC contract experience and be comfortable managing projects end-to-end.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
- Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.
