Payroll Advisor Role

Very Important Personnel (VIP) is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join their team. As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Irish payrolls and pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Irish payrolls, including processing, reconciliations, and submissions.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive payroll information.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with new acquisitions and ensure compliance with Revenue regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in payroll, preferably with Irish payroll expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of current Revenue payroll legislation, including USC, PRSI, LPT, Income Tax, and Tax Credits.
  • Excellent numerical skills, with the ability to collate and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
