We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as necessary.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
