Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Implement and review care plans to ensure they are effective and meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee medicine management and ensure adherence to company policies and legislation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
