About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Team Member Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the leisure industry, working with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of leisure programs and services, including fitness classes and swimming lessons
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members and visitors
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment within the leisure centre
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
