PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Aid in the development and growth of the B2B Corporate Sales sector. Assist the OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in reaching B2B sales objectives. Accomplish sales and service goals. Maintain and enhance the client database through proactive outreach, client presentations, and personalized service. Take charge of the bi-annual corporate brochure in collaboration with the Global brand. Deliver superior customer service.SALES AND SERVICE:
Support the OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Manager in fulfilling departmental sales targets. Conduct comprehensive analysis of the B2B client base and sales performance, adjusting client tiers quarterly based on revenue. Lead in-person brand introductions for new potential clients, tailoring presentations to their specific business needs. Actively seek new clients through professional networking and outreach. Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries and meetings, documenting action points promptly. Collaborate with clients on bespoke B2B requests, ensuring personalization and packaging meet their specifications. Build and nurture brand and client relationships through effective networking. Assist with a majority of in-person events, coordinating catering, security, and collaboration with store teams. Ensure Corporate Sales services are understood and supported by relevant teams for optimal collaboration. Obtain necessary approvals for discount structures and legal documentation. Explore operational efficiencies to enhance service levels, especially during peak periods.ADMINISTRATION:
Ensure timely submission of accurate administrative documentation. Manage the Corporate client database efficiently, assisting with reporting and data analytics. Oversee gift distribution during peak periods for all Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients. Ensure compliance with stock management protocols to facilitate Corporate order fulfillment. Assist in creating presentations on sales performance and business opportunities as needed. Proficient in computer applications, with prior experience in data management using Excel preferred.TEAM PARTICIPATION:
Represent Jo Malone London positively, enhancing personal, team, and brand reputation. Research and participate in external client meetings and events to support business growth. Align departmental sales initiatives with broader brand activities, including marketing and events. Engage in the execution of boutique and external events as required. Attend internal meetings and events as necessary. Present sales metrics and B2B updates during quarterly reviews alongside the Corporate Sales Manager. Participate in personal and professional development training opportunities.IMAGE:
