We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to join our team at Talent Hire Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our batching plants.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself, visitors, and contractors on site, and promote compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Production Management: Oversee the accurate production of readymix products, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and completing weekly and monthly stock checks.
- Site Management: Control drivers, visitors, and customers coming onto site, maintaining a professional image and ensuring site rules are adhered to.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping: Work with management and contractors to control and organize plant maintenance, and maintain general housekeeping and site improvements.
- Environmental Compliance: Enforce environmental policies and procedures, and keep records up to date.
- Record Keeping: Update and monitor records within the PACS system.
- Experience: 1 year of production management experience (preferred)
- Qualifications: Self-motivated, responsible, and excellent interpersonal skills; flexibility and initiative; good physical fitness; understanding and working knowledge of batching systems; good communication skills; commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards; flexible approach to working hours and locations; full driving license essential; FLS desirable.
