We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to join our team at Talent Hire Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete batching plants, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself, visitors, and contractors on site, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Production Management: Oversee the accurate production of readymix products, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, completing weekly and monthly stock checks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Site Management: Control access to the site, managing drivers, visitors, and customers, maintaining a professional image and enforcing site rules.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping: Collaborate with management and contractors to organize plant maintenance, ensuring general housekeeping and site improvements are maintained.
- Environmental Compliance: Enforce environmental policies and procedures, maintaining records and updating the PACS system as required.
- Experience: 1 year of production management experience is preferred.
- Qualifications: Self-motivated, responsible, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. A good level of physical fitness and a full driving license are also required.
Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. A flexible and positive attitude to working times is essential.
