Job Title: Technical Event Reduction & Reliability Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Event Reduction & Reliability Team Leader to join our Engineering and Maintenance team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Part M/CAMO Reliability function and driving the continuous reduction of technical out-of-service events in our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse technical events to identify improvement opportunities and manage the delivery of reliability reports.
  • Lead all reliability meetings and work cross-functionally within the Engineering and Maintenance teams to implement initiatives aimed at minimizing technical events and reducing out-of-service time.
  • Manage high workloads while understanding the various stakeholders in the technical reliability process and their requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve aircraft performance and reduce technical events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aircraft systems, airline engineering, and reliability systems.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA, FOCA, and CAA regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level.
  • Prior experience with AMOS, Skywise, and data programming is advantageous.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton, and will be 40 hours per week, with some occasional travel required.
