About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Involve Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and manage customer inquiries
  • Update systems with new business quotes and manage price amendments
  • Coordinate international shipping and liaise with customers regarding their accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and estimating, to resolve queries
  • Review contracts and conduct drawing control checks
  • Compile cross-functional team KPIs and department PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with project handover meetings as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration role is essential
  • An Engineering or Manufacturing background is advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive nature
  • Good attention to detail and forward thinking
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
