Sales Administrator Position Overview
- Process orders and manage inventory levels.
- Book new quotes and update the sales system.
- Manage price amendments and ensure accurate pricing.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales team KPIs.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for internal and customer queries.
- Manage the main switchboard and handle customer inquiries.
- Experience with international shipping and contract review.
