About the Role:
The Shaw Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Support Manager. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with multiple barriers to achieve sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex caseload of participants to support them in achieving their employment goals.
- Broker and sustain exceptional relationships with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to create opportunities for participants.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target expectations in a peripatetic setting.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs.
- Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions.
- Knowledge of the local labour market.
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases.
