In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in formulating safety protocols for powertrain technologies across diverse vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to define Safety Objectives and relay these concepts to the engineering team.
  • Draft vital documentation such as production release reports, safety assessments, and functional safety frameworks in collaboration with the project team.
  • Deliver project updates to both internal and international stakeholders.

Develop a Technical Safety Concept (TSC) that aligns with ISO 26262 standards and meets client specifications.

  • Evaluate hardware, software, and system safety elements.
  • Conduct safety evaluations and functional safety analyses using methodologies such as FMEA, FTA, and FMEDA.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary, with adaptable work arrangements available.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Expertise in Safety Analysis Methodologies (FMEA, FTA, etc.).
  • Experience with Functional Safety Analysis tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 26262 standards.
  • Strong grasp of system domains.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a proven ability to enhance processes.
  • Focus on Quality Control practices.
