Role Overview:
As the Associate Director of Treasury Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our treasury recruitment service line. Your primary objective will be to re-establish treasury recruitment as a profitable service line. This is an extremely warm desk with client and candidate relationships already in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategies to grow our treasury recruitment division.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and candidates in the treasury recruitment sector across multiple industries.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing high-value recruitment opportunities.
- Leverage entrepreneurial control to enhance our company's market presence through innovative outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial and accounting recruitment.
- Experience working on high-value roles is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
