We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our hotel in Oxford, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, expenses, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably with Marriott brand experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
