Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a Financial Operations Manager located in a Kingston Upon Thames-based office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The role involves collaborating with various departments to inform financial decision-making and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management, applying knowledge to improve business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable.
