The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team at Kingston University. As a key member of the Finance department, you will work closely with senior management to provide strategic management information and support the forecasting and budgeting process.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial Planning and Analysis team in providing strategic management information to senior management
  • Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process, including the preparation of financial models and reports
  • Develop and maintain financial databases and systems to support business intelligence and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in finance or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial models and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
