About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Practitioner to join our dynamic CAMHS team based at Thurlow House in Kings Lynn. As an Assistant Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centred care to individuals with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring that service users receive timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and recovery-focused service, promoting a culture of mutual respect and open communication.
- Participate in reflective practice sessions, clinical supervision, and line management supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
