Job Title: Health and Safety Business Partner

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of our operational management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of an effective health and safety management system, reducing risk and accidents, and fostering the development of a safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate health, safety, and well-being training
  • Manage allocated projects to enhance site performance
  • Support managers to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
  • Oversee the development and review of safe systems of work
  • Make SMART recommendations to ensure compliance
  • Act as an internal consultant providing guidance on H&S duties
  • Undertake H&S assessments, advising managers through risk assessments
  • Support senior management with engaging external stakeholders
  • Represent the H&S team in external/internal meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, H&S initiatives, and best practice
Requirements:
  • Adaptable with the ability to react quickly to changes
  • Team player with good leadership skills
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Ability to work independently to targets and timescales
  • Experience building credible relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
