About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Caring Homes Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting the management team in setting the tone for excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CQC standards
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to set standards of excellence and empower staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Represent the home with pride and passion, promoting our values and mission to residents, families, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Experience of complex care and leadership roles
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions to improve care quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
