Lead the Future of Quantum Hardware Development

Cubiq Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of cutting-edge full-stack quantum networking systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of full-stack quantum networking systems, working closely with project-based Technical Leads to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage discipline leads, aligning their growth with the company's ambitious goals and setting the tone for a culture that embodies scientific integrity and a collaborative spirit.
  • Bridge the gap between technology and strategy, assisting with system architecture and playing a pivotal role in project coordination.
  • Collaborate with project management and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Senior postgraduate qualification in experimental physics related to quantum computing or simulation.
  • Industry experience that sets you apart from the purely academic crowd.
