About the Role

As a key member of our mission-driven team, you will lead the development of our cutting-edge full-stack quantum networking systems. You will work closely with project-based Technical Leads, guiding them through the maze of architecture, system decisions, and technical deliveries that will define the future of quantum communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage discipline leads, align their growth with our ambitious goals, and set the tone for a culture that embodies scientific integrity and a collaborative spirit.
  • Bridge the gap between tech and strategy, assist with system architecture, and play a pivotal role in project coordination.
  • Collaborate with project management and finance teams to keep projects on track.
Requirements

We are looking for a senior postgraduate qualification in experimental physics related to quantum computing or simulation, and industry experience that sets you apart from the purely academic crowd.
