About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 5 Nurse to join our Oncology and Haematology department at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients with oncological and haematological conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register.
  • Post-registration qualification relevant to the clinical area.
  • Significant experience at Band 5 level, with some experience in a relevant specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
