Charity Governance Expert

Our client, a leading community regeneration charity in the region, is seeking a diverse set of skills and lived experiences to join their Board of Trustees. As a Trustee, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the charity and offer governance support to the executive team. You will bring intellectual versatility, energy, and integrity to the Board, and contribute to the charity's mission to create a future where every neighbourhood is thriving and every community is strong. The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as safeguarding, finance, IT and social media, people strategy, development and funding, and legal. If you believe you can help the charity to change places and change lives, we would love to hear from you. The charity is committed to broadening and diversifying their Board's composition, filling skills gaps, and bringing new perspectives, ideas, and connections to their work. As a Trustee, you will be part of a talented Board, working alongside the Chief Executive, a strong senior leadership team, and dedicated colleagues and volunteers. The charity is passionate about creating a future where every neighbourhood is thriving, every community is strong, and no-one is held back by their background or circumstances. They are seeking individuals with an expertise including, but not limited to:
