Electrical Project Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Skilled Careers. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical aspects of major car park development projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery.

* Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project progress.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

* Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management.

* Proven experience working on major car park developments is an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

* Excellent project management and organizational skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
