Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

David Leslie Ltd, a well-established Electrical Building Services contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Bedfordshire. With a strong track record of delivering commercial fit out projects, the successful candidate will oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
  • Design review and procurement of plant, materials, and labour
  • Technical Submittals and overall cost management
  • Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle
Requirements
  • Significant experience operating as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Electrical Contracts Manager, M&E Contracts Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Electrical commercial fit out projects
Remuneration Package

£70,000 to £80,000 according to experience, plus travel expenses and benefits.
