Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support our Workplace business at Aviva. In this role, you will collaborate closely with employers to develop bespoke marketing strategies, while also supporting new business opportunities to bring on prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Aviva Workplace marketing in client interactions, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
- Identify opportunities to create bespoke marketing plans in collaboration with clients, enhancing employee engagement and retirement planning.
- Take accountability for supporting new business opportunities, delivering high-quality, deadline-driven responses for tenders and pitches.
- Prepare and present pitch materials, including slides and communication examples, to prospective clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with senior external clients and internal teams.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas in a compelling and clear manner.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform and develop effective marketing plans.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to influence and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience and knowledge within Financial Services, specifically pensions, is a bonus.
- Salary - Circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in
