Key Responsibilities:

As a Concierge Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assisting guests with taxi, restaurant, and ad-hoc requests during their stay
  • Familiarizing yourself with regular guests and ensuring they are always acknowledged
  • Performing porterage duties for guests, on both arrival and departure
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area and front entrance
  • Assisting with VIP amenities, when necessary, alongside guest services and reception

Requirements:

We're looking for a warm and genuine individual who enjoys putting people first. You should have:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Manchester's restaurants, bars, and areas of interest
  • Flexibility to work in line with the needs and demands of the business
  • A desire to grow and develop within the company
