We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Secretary to join our team at Reed. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide day-to-day support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our legal teams, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with the preparation of court documents, contracts, and other legal papers.
- Manage and maintain our case management system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
