Job Title: Health, Safety and Fire Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Health, Safety and Fire Consultant to join our team at Search People. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on health, safety, and fire-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health and safety risk assessments and audits at client sites
  • Develop and implement bespoke health and safety management systems for clients
  • Carry out fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Identify client requirements through site surveys and conduct safety audits
  • Advise and guide clients on health and safety best practices and legislation
  • Audit and inspect health and safety practices across the business
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of their health and safety management systems
Requirements:
  • Experience in a consultancy environment is desirable
  • CertOSH or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Recognised fire qualification
