About the Role

Spreetail is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our Merchants team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, leveraging cold calls, emails, and platforms to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level vendor contacts, understanding their needs and requirements to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Drive dialogue and negotiations to establish favorable business conditions for Spreetail.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a data-driven approach to revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of business development experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience, with expertise in navigating the sales pipeline from research to proposal to closing deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a hybrid working model, with remote and office attendance.
