As an Event Logistics Coordinator at Chesamel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and conferences. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Logistics Management: Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment rental.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for event stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Event Evaluation and Improvement: Assist in evaluating the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- 12+ months of experience in event coordinating or management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to travel as required
