About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at Callington Superstore. As a Seasonal Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with receiving and processing stock, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, facing products, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
