About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at Callington Superstore. As a Seasonal Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with receiving and processing stock, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, facing products, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
