About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge boiler control systems, seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, precision, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily financial operations, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including preparation of reports and statements.
  • Maintain and update financial records using Sage 200, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial information and answering queries as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and general office duties.
Requirements
  • Experience using Sage 200 is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar financial operations role is preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
