Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily financial operations, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including preparation of reports and statements.
- Maintain and update financial records using Sage 200, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial information and answering queries as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and general office duties.
- Experience using Sage 200 is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar financial operations role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
