About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Cleaner at Norse Group. As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying bins.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Build relationships with clients and staff on site.
  • Carry out routine checks and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report any issues or defects on site.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
