Cleaner - Otley College

£11.44 Per hour

Norse Group works in partnership with various clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with Otley College and are seeking a Cleaner on a casual basis.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining designated areas - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety protocols at all times
• Reporting any issues or defects on site

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an individual with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, who possesses:

• Knowledge of basic site health and safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to their own initiative
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
