Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the People Partnering team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
- Utilize Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices.
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices.
- Develop and implement effective Employee Relations strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving business growth and improving employee engagement.
- Deep understanding of Employee Relations principles and practices, with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve HR systems and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
