We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our dynamic workforce. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the ideal candidates for our expanding operations while also developing a pipeline of talent for future needs.
In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent for current and upcoming positions. Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, you will build and maintain a robust talent pool.
This essential position will operate in a hybrid model, allowing flexibility in your work environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with some of the most innovative professionals in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
- Support Talent Acquisition partners throughout the recruitment process, from candidate selection to interview coordination.
- Maintain active communication with candidates to ensure a high level of service.
- Proactively develop talent pools of qualified candidates while adhering to GDPR compliance.
- Ensure consistent communication with all candidates within the talent pools.
- Utilize the in-house ATS and CRM systems to maintain compliance with recruitment protocols.
- Provide insights and reports as needed regarding skills and job trends both in the UK and globally.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing methodologies.
- Proficient in working with ATS and CRM systems.
- Ability to represent Forseven in a manner consistent with our brand values.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Capable of managing large datasets and conducting analysis.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.
