Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-value projects from sales handover to client sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  2. Contract Administration: Allocate labor resources to meet contract requirements, coordinate travel and logistical arrangements, and manage contractual variances.
  3. Subcontractor Management: Identify and negotiate with subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and high-quality work.
  4. Resource Optimization: Maximize the use of available resources to support contract delivery and ensure adherence to the schedule.
  5. Contract Compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled to facilitate timely payment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing high-value projects
  • 5+ years of contracts management experience
  • Experience managing projects in the UK and Ireland
