Business Development Manager

Are you a sales professional looking to drive growth and expansion for a leading consumer goods company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and incremental growth for Rubbermaid Commercial Products in the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business end-user opportunities using our CRM system and LinkedIn.
- Proactively identify and develop relationships with new end-user targets within our focus industry verticals.
- Negotiate terms with end-user accounts to achieve growth targets and drive product compliance.
- Collaborate with our Commercial Director, National Account Managers, and Marketing Teams to execute business plans and coordinate objectives.
- Gather market intelligence to influence new product development and marketing.
- University degree or equivalent B2B industry relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated sales experience and performance in B2B sector.
- Experience using sales technology such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Full driving license.
